Basil, Asian Ginger & Spicy Chipotle Vinaigrette
3 super easy and super healthy vinaigrette recipes. In addition to being salad dressings, then can be used as a dip for your baked vegetables / grilled chicken /grilled fish etc
Done under 5 mins, you can make them on the weekend and not have to worry about buying processed & preservatives added dressings from the store.
Here you go –
1) BASIL VINAIGRETTE
Half cup fresh basil leaves
1/4 cup white or red wine vinegar
3/4 cup EVOO ( extra virgin olive oil )
1 small shallot
1 tbsp Honey
1/2 tsp salt
2 ) ASIAN GINGER VINAIGRETTE
3 cloves of fresh garlic
3 inch piece of fresh ginger
1 tbsp raw honey
1 tsp sesame oil
5 tbsp vinegar – any kind
1/4 cup reduced sodium soy sauce
5 tbsp EVOO
3 ) SPICY CHIPOTLE VINAIGRETTE
2 tsp chipotle peppers in adobo sauce ( available canned in grocery stores )
6 tbsp red wine vinegar
5 tbsp EVOO
1 clove fresh garlic
3 tbsp raw honey
pinch of salt
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
METHOD
For all Vinaigrette’s, blend all ingredients together.
