Lipstick can really help one elevate their look/style/outfit. If I had only 5 minutes to get ready, I just put on some eyeliner and add a pop of color with some lipstick and it gives it the illusion that I spent way more time getting ready and I feel very well put together. As I thought about what my blog should be about, I came up with the idea of sharing what I thought the best lipstick choice for our Indian/brown skin tone might be. Honestly, I was never into lipstick and even though I often bought lipstick, I never remembered to put it on. However, over the past few months, I have really noticed that it made a big difference in completing my whole outfit.

Sulhawasoo #7 – subtle pink, makes me feel happy when I wear this color. They called it deep berry but I think on me it doesn’t look like a deep color

Mac All Fired up – pinkish red (looks redder on me probably cause I have a darker lip undertone)
YSL Rouge Volupte Shine #50 (Fuschia Stiletto) – shocking magenta. Even though the color of the actual lipstick is pretty shocking pink, the shine makes it less muted when actually on your lips.. These lipsticks glide on soo smooth, it’s one of my favorites (sucks it’s also the most expensive)
Sephora cream lip stain #90 (sunrise pink) – definitely a bright pink. The Sephora lip stains are the cheapest but go on very easily and stay on for a long time
